Hi Guys,
My first experience in Meeting Adam and Julie Layton was when I owned a Yamaha Banshee, in 1998. I rang a motor cycle shop in Parramatta on some advice in hotting up the Yamaha Banshee. They recommended APL Performance to me.
I rang Adam and told him I want this Yamaha Banshee to be the fastest machine ever. Let me tell you I was the happiest owner of this Yamaha as it was fast and out of control.
I became very close with the Layton family and stayed in contact to a personal level. I then wanted to experience the ultimate machine and this was when Adam made it happen.
Adam built me the ultimate in choppers and was ready for assembly when I was forced to sell it to a close cousin of mine due to business ventures. Time went by, and I bought the chopper back of my cousin.
I took it to Adam and he done some cleaning up and minor mod’s and was entered in the 2008 Bankstown Bike Show. We won BEST STREET PERFORMANCE CHOPPER of the show.
He has built many bikes for me since then consisting of Deuce Customs and Softail Customs.
Adam is currently restoring my 145ci chopper and is aiming to make it UNTOUCHABLE in the sense of performance and stance.
